Corona loosening in Thailand: bars, pubs, brothels and schools open again. Certain foreigners will also be allowed to enter Thailand again shortly.

After a corona break of several weeks, extensive relaxation of the corona virus is imminent in Thailand. In the gastronomy area, bars and pubs are allowed to open again from this Wednesday. However, only until midnight for the time being. Brothels should also open their doors again. For the purpose of traceability, however, also initially with conditions, either by registering in a so-called logbook or of course using the government’s online application.

Schools should also reopen in the next few days.

Foreigners are allowed to enter Thailand again

Good news for everyone who has a Thai spouse: Spouses of Thais are now allowed to enter the country again. In addition, foreigners with a valid residence permit or work permit are allowed to enter Thailand again.

The following applies to all foreigners who have entered the country: everyone must first go into quarantine for 14 days.

In return, from Wednesday it will probably also be possible to enter the EU from Thailand without restrictions.
